Abstract

Companies are increasingly involved in contributing to sustainable development, incorporating social and
environmental aspects into their strategies and considering all interest groups, thus giving rise to corporate
sustainability. For this, a change in organizational culture is necessary, with the adoption of values that
contribute to a culture of corporate sustainability. Therefore, the objective of this investigation is to
analyze the literature on organizational values for corporate sustainability. An integrative bibliographic
review was adopted, using studies published between 2020 and 2025 in the CAPES Periodicals, Scopus and Web
of Science databases, resulting in a final sample of five articles. The results show that organizational
values for corporate sustainability are still consolidating, even though no proposition was identified
regarding what these values are; Only some values are cited and/or probated, but without indicating a minimum
relationship. It was also possible to verify that Schwartz's basic human values can support the definition of
organizational values for corporate sustainability, contributing to the consolidation of a new organizational
culture.
