Abstract

The purpose of this research is to verify the level of use of lean practices in companies of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The analysis was taking in companies in this state of several expertise fields. For development of work was propose a study by implementing a structured questionnaire to measure the level of use of lean practices. Among the key conclusions, it was finding a low use of kanban tool and downs efforts to reduce lots. It was also possible to identify that the policy of incentives to employees affects the level of use of various practices.
